Brenda Cardin was an elementary teacher for 20 years, mostly in kindergarten and first grade, starting in Cassville, Missouri and finishing her teaching career in Nixa, Missouri.  In 1989, she was named Teacher of the Year in Cassville.  Her career as a Realtor began in 2000, and she was named Rookie of the Year by Coldwell Banker Vanguard.  She is a member of Coldwell Banker’s Elite Diamond Society.  Brenda and her husband Tom are members of the Ridgecrest Baptist Church in Springfield, Missouri and are active supporters of Rainbow Network, a Springfield –based ministry to Nicaragua.  They have 4 children and 3 grandchildren.  They live in the Nixa, Missouri area.

           


Dora Reid has been a Cardin Team member since 2002, working with both sellers and buyers.  She and her husband Fred have been married for 40 years, and have 2 children and 6 grandchildren.  Dora loves life and people, and when you meet her, you’ll feel like you’ve known her for years.  Dora and Fred live in Ozark, Missouri.  They are members of First Baptist Church, Ozark
      

Kelly Wilson graduated from Missouri Southern State College in Joplin, Missouri in 2002.  After working as a medical receptionist, she joined the Cardin Team in June 2004.  She married Tyler Wilson in August 2005.  Like Brenda (her mother), Kelly is a “people person” and focuses on listening to client needs and wishes.  She is a choir member and children’s choir director at Ridgecrest Baptist Church, and a big fan of the Kansas City Chiefs.



Shelia Gibson Ivanoff recently joined the Brenda Cardin Team after retiring from the  legal system with approximately 26 years of service.  Shelia grew up in Walnut Grove and has lived in the Greene and Christian county area all her life.  Married to C.J., she has two married daughters and 3 beautiful grandchildren.  C.J. and Shelia live in rural Christian County and enjoy the rural life with their 3 boxers and 3 horses.

                     
 Tom Cardin has been a practicing attorney since 1970, with a small town general     practice.  He is also a licensed Realtor.  He practices law part-time, mainly in the areas of real estate, estate planning and personal injury.  He also works with Brenda and the team part-time, providing legal advice and assistance as needed, and doing marketing.  Tom is a golfer (when he’s not Brenda’s chauffer and gofer) and a board member of Rainbow Network.
